The faculty of Party Wall Surveyors was created out of a need for education and support for building surveyors and also to enhance awareness and advice to the general public. DAMP SURVEYS

We undertake many damp surveys throughout the year. Our damp proofing specialist will assess and correctly diagnose the extent and type of dampness then provide recommendations on specific damp proof treatments for the most effective ways to treat your specific damp problem.

The most common cause of damp are;

  • High ground outside bridging an existing damp proof course.
  • Bridging of damp proof course due to build-up of rubble or rubbish inside a cavity wall.
