We undertake many damp surveys throughout the year. Our damp proofing specialist will assess and correctly diagnose the extent and type of dampness then provide recommendations on specific damp proof treatments for the most effective ways to treat your specific damp problem.

  • No damp proof course or failure of an existing damp proof course.
  • High ground outside bridging an existing damp proof course.
  • Bridging of damp proof course due to build-up of rubble or rubbish inside a cavity wall.

We undertake a wide variety of structural design from sizing a lintel over an opening, to designing an extension, loft conversion, underpinning or retaining walls of all shapes and sizes. In most cases the local consultant will visit before passing the details to our Structural unit who will then prepare building regulation compliant designs and drawings as required. The local Engineer or Surveyor remains the point of contact throughout the works.


We undertake rebuilding cost valuations for insurance purposes. These are undertaken for properties as wide ranging as large domestic houses, commercial and industrial units, land owner estates and housing associations. This service offers a particularly cost effective solution for clients with large property portfolios.
